I think this is my last post if the day here.. I just NEED to know as an investor for my own sanity, at the end of the day, who officially is Roycap? If it's really foley, why don't they just say it as fact, and dispense with "Roycap" since it doesn't appear to be an actual company. Even shell companies have a paper trail. Roycap doesn't show up in Nevada or Cali sos entity searches, they are not registered to do business in the city they list an address for (Los gatos) on their website.

WHO OWNS ROYAL CAPITAL GROUP????

When they sell the shares on the open market, whose "pocket" does the money go into?

Anybody?
