Your right about that $1 mark. I'm sure an A/S will come but regardless of the price, the amount of money that shareholders will have to cover from convertibles will have to be that $13m from the agreement to pay off the institutional debt

What you are saying very well could happen. I thought the same when i read $1 share. Maybe it is just with revs they see it hitting that...ha. Would be nice. Small RS would put it into that range but more funding through dilution would only mess that up. Good thoughts.

However, I don't agree with you on the dilution, conversion part in your previous post.

Bad mm's are staying away and all I see is retail. Some big blocks yes, but don't forget some people bought some serious amount shares here.
