I disagree that the CEO has no business experience. The problem is that there is a string of failures. The airline venture in Australia, which was unable to raise funds, and finally resulted in numerous people in Singapore stranded job-wise. The oil venture off the coast of Argentina. The less said the better. The invisible Claire Valley Estate development in Canberra Australia...perhaps successful, but no records anywhere. I cannot comment on the mall space kiosk selling as I know nothing about it.
