Hi Joker.
Far be it for me to defend the CEO of SMME on a forum such as this.
However, I must add that personally I've had three major career changes over the past 25 years of my working life. All three I've undertaken with some degree of success. It has been the failures in my life, and yes we ALL fail in life, that have taught me the most.
I believe your in your very own right and agree with you that ones past needs to be considered when looking into the future. However, failure to give something a good crack because of lack of success in the past is a very defeatist mentality.
If think it comes down to your willingness to invest, let it be time or $$'s, in someone based on their track record.
If not, it's quite simple, don't.
