There is definitely a scenario where Elite, i.e., Jerry said, will line up a source of supply but the fact is that supply was not ready when the approvals came in and may not be for 12 months or longer. Deserved or not that will be JT's business legacy and it does matter. Elite is no Apple so it cannot afford the screwups and just keep ticking forward. I don't believe that support from other pharma is as strong as it is made out to be; I see no circling of the wagons and circling the wagons was not always successful. The question is: Could we have entered the circling of the vultures? Serious question so please look at my post in that context. Why is it impossible that a company with a near lifelong deficit financing could not go bankrupt. Yes I am concerned that I will lose my $50K+ investment and am holding in hopes that it will come back at least to allow me to recover....a false hope, it appears.
