With so much debt in the balance sheet, even though they win against the lawsuit, the money they get will not be enough to offset the debt in the balance sheet. With the complication of Vendanti/VSL' statement to support the defendant (google), the odd of winning the case is low as hell or even worse get tossed out of the court room.
