Not inexplicable -- filing today showed that Shkreli bought 30% of o/s shares of KBIO over the previous two days

KBIO was planning to liquidate assets, but now stock has new life because no one knows what Shkreli might do with it (maybe a reverse merger to take his Turing Pharma public, maybe sell all the shares he bought to the people who are now buying shares much higher than where he did, who knows).
