Agreed, but I never use a RXSF PPS or any PPS in determining my position. The paint on a house or lack of paint can be misleading. Foundation and Structure are key. A question? Why would a person like DR. Jurson let the Patent Lapse? Does he have first refusal? And if a patent lapses, can someone just acquire?
