Not a concern RXSFD Officially Owns the Patent...which if you understand what that means it adds immense value to RXSFD's Patent Portfolio... Some patents can be worth millions. Expect updates in future as to the value of their portfolio. Imo

Those are good questions better posed to the company. But from what I read, the company now owns that patent now, and its active and current. Thats all that matters to me. What Dr. Jurson was thinking or what he did, is irrelevant now.
