He had at one time about 10% or just under so he didn't have to report. It's been so long, I don't remember anymore. Some of the current veterans can tell you. He still has 10's of millions at least.

Visser hasn't filed any more 13D's since 10-29-15. He still has to file as long as he owns over 5%, which includes warrants. When he gets to 5m shares of common, he will no longer have to file. He has 10 days to report any buys or sells.
