" I personally find Auryn's updates to be pretty much reliable, professional and detailed though I do wish they occurred more frequently."

As I have said in previous posts the only reason I bought MDMN was because of AURYN'S background. If we can't trust AURYN then we are totally screwed with no future for MDMN.

I'm certainly willing to concede that AURYN's PRs are far superior to the childish abortions that our BOD was happy to serve us. AURYN could do so, so much more, but yes, the bar is low.

With that said, AURYN's webpage is a piece of garbage, middle school web designers can do better in an afternoon, but certainly is something Greg and Les would probably look to with fond affection.

One way or another, HR, AURYN is going to be the only party who makes coin in this fiasco (other than our self-serving insiders). I'm not clever enough nor do I possess the forensic skill to accurately predict how we get screwed, which is admittedly a puzzle as the complete option terms have never been revealed, but we retail stockholders will not fare well. A tender at a $0.05 to $0.10 level is the ceiling of my optimism at present. No one in this charade is afraid of a fairness opinion, sorry Bald Eagle.

Our industry segment stinks, our past history is beyond embarrassing, and the hope that new, outside investors will be excited to own shares (out of 1.5 billion) that have an undefined 15% "equity" interest in the venture AURYN controls is blind optimism that results when one has nothing other than hope and faith to hold on to.

Other than that, things are excellent.

FWIW, this isn't intended as an assessment/indictment of your particular thoughts on this pig, rather an opportunity to vent today's stream of consciousness.

All IMHO...
