what exactly would take for them to acquire ADL

1) Acquire 50+% of MDMN to ensure control
2) Exercise the $100 million option.
3) Tender an offer for the remaining ownership of MDMN or some other buyout of the remaining post-option 15% ownership of Auryn that MDMN would get.
4) Do the same with NUOCO and CDCH properties.
