Sounds to me like it is time to assume there was no legal binding loan to IFUS-SE, perhaps it was a gift :-) with no paper work, so until I see a posted link to the actual signed loan document I must assume it does not exist. The word impotent comes to mind concerning Ex-IFUS-SE directors attempts to hurt the stock price of IFUS the last 2 years. They can not even generate any volume during tax loss selling season right now, perhaps because there has been non for 2 years with such a stable stock price moving average.

I am still accumulating IFUS shares.
