No need to bother with HED calculations as those are only used for determining safe starting dose for safety trials. Instead we can go to Menon and his statements about human efficacy range estimated as 100-200 mg/m2. Sure enough, with the maximum administrated dose being 750 mg/m2, the chosen dose pairing with another drug is at the top of his estimated effective range. Why not higher (more is mor better)? Because we can easily assume that data shows little or no increase performance above that original effective range estimation.
