TCE: quit relying on Geekbench for all performance comparisons...

It is deeply flawed. Cross platform benchmarking is very hard. If you look at 3 benchmarks other than Geekbench, the iPad pro loses to a 5th gen Core M:

Now the problem with some of these benchmarks is that they are not perfect either and have browser/java optimizations that can cause performance anomalies. Sunspider is technically obsolete and Jet Stream should be used instead and Webxprt is at 2015 as well. But few websites have upgraded their test suites. Cross platform benchmarking is awful right now and ANY comparable benchmarks are hard to come by. But Geekbench runs a different data set for mobile than PC, is synthetic, and mostly optimized for mobile. It is not SPEC-like in ANY way.
