Excellent take ChartMan!! Unfortunately, these pink companies don't care about honesty or "doing the right thing" scenarios. They just take as much cash for themselves as they can then spin into something else. Some one on another board said it best "Wash, spin, rinse and repeat". It's amazing to me that there is even a SEC guideline for these companies. They are simply stealing from people and all because at this level, most of us are searching for a life changing opportunity but it isn't in the "PINKS" folks. No substituted for working hard, never has been!

Totally agree with you. No communication from this company has definitely built distrust. Yes, I believe they have a good product but failure to communicate with their shareholders could lead to their doom. Hopefully that will not be the case but it appears that the company is traveling down a dark path.
