High Performance Beverages Comp. (TBEV)

At this point, I feel that they are abandoning High Performance Beverage Company. We probably will not see any more filings, and they are not going to do anything until they change the name and ticker. What is amusing is that when they do not properly file sec filings, that is blatant disrespect to the shareholder. Now they can say "we are growing a company" and "i will take you to the promised land" all they want, and make moves that may hurt the shareholder. However, the least you could do is follow SEC guidelines to reassure us that you are a legit company. When you do not do this, you let everyone down, and that is why a lot of people do not like TBEV.

All of this imho, and I hope I am wrong!
