agreed QLTS my activity 48 buys this year, 3 small sells, last one in April been loading only since then on initial funding announcement, now we are finally wrapping funding up this week and .25-.50 b4 new year is my call, then Nasdaq next year, definitely not a typical flipping stock, float 300mil-ish, is locked down by a nice group here
