They are correct except for the fact when Calissio Resources announced the dividend, the price per share at that time was well over $0.011.

CRGP declared the dividend on 16 June. That day, the stock closed at $0.021. Which meant that the contemplated dividend was well over 25% of the value of the company's stock.

The market is volatile and nobody knew the price would drop drastically.

A month or so later, Calissio did. That was when it began issuing hundreds of millions of new shares.
