You will need an infinite amount of time. They haven't even filed an IND (and never will), let alone submitted an NDA.

The latter would take many years and hundreds of millions of dollars to prepare (see my sticky which explains why people deliberately use the term FDA approval in multiple different ways).

China-based scam RCHA has neither resource.
