Is there nothing we can do? Is there no recourse for those of us who have lost 1000's, or hundred's of thousands in some cases in the last week? Paper losses for the most part of course, but in some cases not. Reading that 2014 article by Steve Pearlstein on Northwest Bio has completely infuriated me - I have now in my small few years investing in wonderful startups like AVXL, seen this tactic played out over and over - DNDN, NNVC, AVXL....the list goes on.

AF is the main player in the game, with no change in tactic or success, year after year, with power players eager for his tools and skills in deceit - is there really nothing we can do? I have added my two-cents to the SEC complaint site: https://tts.sec.gov/oiea/Complaint.html - but it feels like spitting in a gale.

AVXL is real, honest, science - dedicated to healing and helping all of us - and I long for the contacts, or ideas, on how to strike back...is there anyone on this board who has an idea, or contacts, or ability to publish an article on AF that is as swiftly damaging to HIS credibility?
