No - why would you think it was an airline company? A private label for an airline would not require nearly 500 M liters of water per year.

Upon doing further research on the bottled water industry in airlines I cannot find any specific market numbers.

Based on the number of daily flights from Delta - 5,883 - which is many more times than daily flights from UAE's airlines - Delta would have to sell/give out 200 liters per flight to reach 429 M liters per year.

The news release of Sept 23 implied that nearly 500 M liters of water will be utilized per the Strategic Alliance Agreement. I just don't see a UAE airline being able to meet this level of bottled water.
