You are wrong on so many fronts in todays market. In the time frame you referance people took chances. Today they take what is there and have little concern for the future or what might be. As long as their coffers are full there is no reason to change. It would be nice if your optimism was a fact but fact is it isn't. Besides, I fail to see where a buggy whip would be usefull with today's car.
