Years ago DA had a CC where he explained that it is totally impossible for any company to do business in California and with the Obama administration made it twice as hard. Yes, BRAV has physical stores and ecommerce presence in California, HOWEVER, BRAV is an Delaware Corporation (ZERO state tax liability to state of California, also, Delaware does not impose state tax, but, pays minimum U.S. Federal tax as a LTD corporate structure.
