Yes, BRAV has physical stores and ecommerce presence in California, HOWEVER, BRAV is an Delaware Corporation (ZERO state tax liability to state of California, also, Delaware does not impose state tax, but, pays minimum U.S. Federal tax as a LTD corporate structure.

Haven't posted on this board in quite a while, but I needed to after reading the above. You are absolutely wrong. A company is subject to taxes in the state from which the income is derived. A Delaware Corporation doing business in California, or any other state, must obtain a foreign qualification or Certificate of Authority to do business outside of Delaware. Then, any income generated in that state is subject to that state's taxes.
