The highest possible premium someone would offer at the moment is probably 150-200%. Premiums just don't get larger than that. So a bid of $5 would be the absolute ceiling. Of course major CVRs could be included so that shareholders could profit form Reduce-it in the future. I'd take $5 a share right now along with another $10 a share if REDUCE-IT is approved. Wouldn't even think twice about it. But that would never happen, management has turned this into a make or break, high risk stock. Huge risk now, high reward, high downside. They haven't shown any interest in proper risk management or de-risking this one bit.

Talk of $45 a share+ is just ridiculous considering where the stock is, the stock's reaction to any news, the constant never ending uncertainty, and the financial situation.
