One of the nice things about having a drug that actually works is that the company won't need 1000 patients to establish statistical significance. A group of 100-200 would easily do it if results stay consistent with what we've seen so far. Actually the way things are going 2-73 might establish statistical significance in MMSE & ADCS-ADL with just 30 patients by the end of Part B. Of course even then there'd still need to be the double-blind, placebo-controlled P2b/P3 trial.
