But if the tech's development was curtailed by this scenario causing it to "miss the boat", or if it turns out we were "strung along" by the blackout, there will be some "hacked off" shareholders. I would think they understand that.
xkeeper, thats why I am not buying any more even at these low levels. The only time I will ever buy again is if they get funded and finish a real world chip. Otherwise NVEI is utterly useless.
