Austin, they may "understand" but not necessarily "care". Let me ask you something, if you were robbed by a thief, would he feel sorry for you. Heck no. You may whine and complain all you want to management, but IF they are out to screw you, there is nothing that you can do about, while they continue to be smug and write themselves a paycheck. JMHO.
