I think one thing is that this PR doesn't show up as news yet in Etrade or even here on iHub. So if you don't read this board or follow EMJI on twitter you don't know that anything has happened.

The other item, as others have said, is that it's still not clear if this is going to make any difference.

I'm sure the lack of volume for the past 3 months helped give EMJI leverage on the debt buy back.
