That's NOT proof that Susman sold WM/WMIH down the river, just because nothing has happened yet, doesn't mean it won't. WM is such a co-mingled case that it will take a long time to untangle. Mortgages, some of the land that the 2200 branches set on, off balance assets, etc. "PATIENCE GRASSHOPPER"

Escrows have only been in existence for just over 3.5 years now, since the "agreement" (POR V.6) was only reached in March, 2012. Using 2008 as the base starting point for this lengthy resolution process is just plain silly.
