I'm trying to have a normal talk. That's why I asked you the question. Not sure what wasn't normal about it. The lpc deal didn't have warrants and they aren't promoting avxl. If it is lpc dumping shares the question is what will avxl do with the $$.

And here I thought Lincoln Park was such a great deal! People hear what they want to hear. 80% of biotech companies who have dealt with LPC have ended up in bankruptcy.... Speaking of money, where is the money going to come from for the Ph2/3? Oh, I forgot: a partner is lined up, just waiting for boy-genius to announce it.
