They are looking for anything...You might be correct patents are the next smear, but it also shows how desperate they are , and very directly indicates that they know (and concede), that IHUB top DD posters , know more than them.....think about that for a while.....It shows that it is just a manipulation, and the quality of the smear means little and it is about what shock effect they can cause backed up with a price manipulation...What they really want is to scare up weak hands with their shock story and price fades, as they already control the price pretty much, but it is the stock they want....they want the stock.....
