You must be kidding. Let me get this straight - because COR is a big, faceless, mean corporation, they and their owners (who, ultimately are also humans) deserve to get screwed out of $4 million simply because individuals who engaged in risky behavior and ignored the obvious warning signs that the company was a scam deserve to keep the fraudulently obtained money instead because they have awesome sob stories?

Please. The law is made by, and for, humans. See the preamble to the Constitution. If we start to ignore the law and base our legal decisions on sob stories from people instead, we are finished as a nation and as a society.

That post wasn't about CRGP. And as I've said before, even if the CRGP dividend is reversed, I doubt the effect will be "devastating" to many. Most people are sensible enough to diversify.
