LMAO!!! The Shareholder letters to the Judge are comical in how they are begging to keep a illegal dividend.

From today:

I am pleading with you to take into account the
damages that shareholders would incur if this is the case. Here are the ramifications:

1) Most of the shareholders that received the dividend (including myself) are small investors. We've taken that dividend money and put it into home repairs, credit card debt, college bills, or many of the other expenses that a small middle class family may have. In my case, it helped me pay the tax bills due on my small business. We simply don't have the money anymore.

Once again, shareholders were warned CRGP was a scam - and they chose greed over common sense.

Then we have more begging:

My husband and I are shareholders in Calissio Resources, and did not receive notice from COR Clearing regarding the Motion to Appoint a Receiver. I respectfully oppose
the appointment as it would be extremely detrimental to us financially. After receiving the dividend I called and spoke numerous times to my broker TD Ameritrade to make sure that the dividend was legitimate and we could go a head and reinvest or remove it from our account. I was reassured every time that it was a cash dividend and was indeed ours. We went ahead and reinvested in CRGP and in other stocks. We are now at a 95% loss with CRGP due to the price of stock plummeting after it was halted. If the dividend is removed from our account, that would throw us into a margin call and our other stocks will be liquidated at prices that we are currently holding and would cause us to be thousands of dollars negative. So, for COR to say that appointing the receiver would "do more good than harm" is false. Thousands of shareholders will be hurt for mistakes made by others as we received this dividend in good faith.

Then the shareholder should sue TDA for giving bad advice.

I find it amusing that shareholders want to blame everyone but themselves and CRGP.

You have absolutely no idea..... CRGP is on the hook for millions of dollars they will never pay the debt and never do anything ever again. There is no trial THE CASE IS ALREADY OVER as CRGP never showed up. The only thing now is if the judge will appoint a receiver quickly. Even if not COR basically owns CRGP (not that they want to)
