Virtually none of his money in this and none of his friends or Hollywood connections have come in with private placements.
One reverse split already
Has lost millions of dollars for MHYS
Very few if any PR's.
Last shareholder update last December.
After first reverse has just dilute again from 20 million shares to at least 8.5 billion per the financial in under two years. Most like 10 billion O/S now since no number until August.
Raised A/S to WHOPPING 30 billion
Has created huge toxic debt.
Can't be reached. E-mail doesn't work.
No contact phone number.
Has gagged the TA.
Didn't file this quarter or even late file
Has left shareholders totally in the dark.
Has decimated all shareholder value!!!!
