"As for stat sig, we all give importance to that of course, but as you point out, stat sig is not a reasonable expectation of this trial (which makes it that much more exciting that 2-73 nevertheless did achieve stat sig in two Cogstate measures and one ERP measure). The point was safety and exploratory efficacy -- mission accomplished with flying colors, and now on to Phase 3 (while still gathering important info from Part B extension of course)."
