I thought it was very odd that in the lawsuit Zalemark filed a Exhibit that claims zero revenue for the entire year of 2013 - but they issued press releases about different launches - and the PR in December 2012 about the Boxer Brands - but according to Zalemark done of it generated any revenue.

Your lessons in Retail 101 have been a great deal of help in getting a better understanding of how this works in the "real world". Such as buyers already getting ready for Valentines Day etc.

The only reason I can think of as to why Zalemark would file the paperwork in California to close the office and shutdown the operations is they are preparing to file for bankruptcy.
