Boris the way they are structuring this deal, the Nols will be used for 8 bil this year, there will be a stock for shares execution for anywhere between 80 -160 bil and absorbed for FCD to be sevices and escrows will be paid as a shares for cash. I believe it has not failed but postponed for an announcement before the end of the year. IMO
