Great clarification post Robodog, thanks for making me and everybody else who needs to understand that checklist understand the checklist.

From what is being said via the posters who know the industry, mini #3 Passed the FAA mini evac test.

The question is what could possibly be taking the FAA such a long time to approve the obvious. They're not stupid or ignorant FAA employees.
