That is exactly what happen. Than TBEV released more shares for them to convert. It was thrown out once and it will be thrown out again.

TBEV was involved in a lawsuit with Kenney Hansmire. That was a multi-million $$$ lawsuit. It was settled and it sure as hell was not settled for multi-millions.
Monday I can Sue CAPITAL if I want to. So can anybody else. Doesn't mean anything. Like I said before. It is all based on damages. No way can Capital prove $900K in damages. I was right about the Hansmire case and I will be right about this one. I also plan on staying here and not disappearing.

TBEV... If you read the parameters of the note; TBEV held 250 million shares in reserve to be issued on 10/8 if the original 500 million shares were not enough to cover the $240K loan. They were supposed to provide financials to TBEV to give them the exact amount they made converting. I think they did not or I think they made way more than the $240K owed.

I will hang on to TBEV as long as it takes.

This is a good company with a one of a kind product. Everything will be fine
