Suit was filed in January. Been ongoing since. Please explain TBEV defense in light of Mr Holleys Affidavit signed in Sept. Facts are admitted in the affidavit. The "greedy" cd holder tried to convert only part of the note & TBEV didn't have the shares!!!! If they had let cd holder convert as the contract allowed they would not be in this mess. Nowhere in president Holleys affidavit does it say cd holder did not have authorization to convert!!!! In FACT it admits the opposite!!'
