They have already stated all outstanding debt will be paid via shares.

Fear not my friend buried in the 10q was this magical line...Starting October 1st it appears they started buying the notes back for cash and not stock. How nice was that.

(excluding two of the notes payable, which were repaid in cash on October 1, 2015
