Good Morning Rainmaker,

In your opinion do you believe they are going to let the convertible notes convert, or will they pay these notes off with the merger? I appreciate your opinion on this.

I am so excited over this merger and I have accumulated a nice position down here. I have enough to take nice profits at .10 cents and to ride some all the way to the NASDAQ.
