I posted info on the case before close of trading. Just found it today. Case not settled. Ongoing LITIGATION with last action being the the Motion for Summary Judgement filed by plaintiff. Motion supported by multiple affidavits one from Mr Holley. Next step is judge ruling on motion. TBEV could also file answer to motion prior to ruling.

I don't search these cases everyday.....
Don't know why someone else didn't spot it. Maybe because nobody was looking for it based upon PR's of company stating "no ongoing litigation" (LIE) litigation is ongoing!!!!!

Nothing like trying to get loans to pay off legal judgements!!!!

Exactly, somebody Is really working hard to prevent any momentum here..

Company should communicate in order bulls to take control, we were pretty close today with the uptick to 9.
