I was wondering why the case resolution was posted only after the close of trading on Friday... when it was clearly available since October 27th, which was the Tuesday of the week prior...

I thought we had a higher standard for the opposition around here... not so much of late... the expired business license was announced three days after the fact... and now we find out about the resolution of this case ten days later... after close of trading on a Friday...

In the grand scheme of things, this doesn't change the value of this product and the shift in consumer tastes towards it... This market segment will continue to grow year-over-year for the foreseeable future... The baby boomers are just the tip of this iceberg...
