Yes, it was a very bizarre post to say the least. It is sort of like the lawyer who lays out the options to his client.

"Well, you can plead guilty to this or that, or you can settle or you can go to trial and likely lose. But you are welcome to take your chances on any of the options. I would suggest you settle but you can do what you want."

So the lawyer is "threatening" his client by laying out the options??
