People were suggesting to ACAT their accounts from Etrade to TDA. That didn't work. I told them they can do partial ACAT transfers, but the restricted asset will not transfer over, I was right.
I don't think TDA told these people to transfer their accounts so they can spend their ill-gotten dividend, it was other shareholders who told them to do it and they could go out and spend it.
