Please do not take 45K weekly script as breakeven cash flow as gospel. It's too pessimistic based on my rough calculation, IMO.

Invest, I know SunTrust isn't one of the big boys, but I'd be willing to bet that they are smarter than you, and have run numbers much more intricately than you.
