I assume he's talking about the overall JELIS population, not the subgroup that closest resembled RI. The reduction rate was 19%. If he believes that RI will have a better result, there is a small window of possibilities THAT WOULD KEEP THE TRIAL GOING. If over 19, if would have to be less than 25(ish). Anything more, DMC ethically would have to recommend stoppage.
